These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using the services offered by Magnus Technology Solutions.

I. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which you may access and use the services provided by Magnus Technology Solutions. By using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

II. Overview of Services

Magnus offers hosted solutions, VoIP communication, and business messaging services. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of our services at our discretion without prior notice.

III. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services in a lawful manner and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC requirements.

IV. Billing & Payment Terms

Charges are invoiced in advance. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly specified. Failure to make timely payments may lead to suspension of services.

V. Messaging Terms & SMS Policy

SMS Terms of Service: By sharing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from OurPBX Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd related to account alerts and service updates. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data charges may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP.

SMS Communication Consent: By opting into SMS communications from Magnus, you agree to receive recurring messages related to business services and updates. The number of messages may vary, and carrier charges may apply. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition for purchasing any services.

Opt-Out & Assistance: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. For support, reply HELP or contact us at ithelpdesk@magnustechnol.com . Magnus recognizes standard opt-out requests, including STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE.

VI. SMS Compliance & Acceptable Use Policy – Magnus

Magnus offers messaging solutions to business customers. All clients using our SMS platform are required to:

  • Obtain clear and verifiable consent from recipients before sending messages
  • Keep accurate records of opt-in approvals
  • Respect and process opt-out requests promptly
  • Follow all applicable CTIA and carrier regulations
  • Register messaging campaigns with The Campaign Registry (TCR)

Prohibited Activities:

The following uses of our SMS services are strictly not permitted:

  • Transmission of restricted content, including Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, or Tobacco (SHAFT)
  • Sending deceptive, phishing, or fraudulent messages
  • Operating unregistered messaging campaigns
  • Engaging in robocall or spam-related activities
  • Sending bulk messages to purchased or non-consented contact lists (cold outreach)

VII. Limitation of Liability

Magnus is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
